Fox 5 News. New Do-it yourself DNA Kits Help Determine Paternity at Home “DNA testing is precise, it`s non-invasive and it`s something that the courts, if it`s done properly accept,” said Atlanta attorney and family law expert, John Mayoue. Mayoue knows the value of DNA testing after two of his clients took the tests to settle paternity lawsuits. Celebrities aren`t immune to having take the tests. Comedian Chris Rock`s test determined he wasn`t the father in one case and music mogul Sean Combs` test showed he was the father in another case.

WLTZ News. Celebrity Divorce Attorney`s Book Signing in Columbus “I really felt there was a real need in the state of Georgia to educate the public as to the divorcing process. Georgia`s one of the top states, I guess you can say the bottom states in terms of divorce in this country. Meaning, Georgia ranks in the top five of all states in this country in terms of divorce rates. I really think that people need to recognize divorce is here, you need to get educated,” says Mayoue.

CNN Live Evan Scott Adoption “It`s an unspeakable situation for the Scotts, the adoptive parents. It`s like a death in the family. They`re losing the child they`ve been raising for 3 1/2 years. But I think more importangly, here`s this poor little boy, who doesn`t know who his parents are, doesn`t know where he belongs, doesn`t know where he`s going to be looking for nourishment and comfort after 3 1/2 years. And that`s really the tragedy of this case to me.”

Anderson Cooper 360 Degrees (CNN). What is the South`s Dirty Little Secret? “In the land of the Bible Belt, the so-called land of family values, and your chances of getting divorced in the South are much greater than they are in other regions in the country. Now, social scientists tell us that we get divorced more in the South because we get married too young, because we get married closer to the poverty line, and because we get married less educated. None of that explains to me, however, how we`re the number one church-going region in the country. We go to organized religious services more than any other place in the country. And yet here we are professing family values but divorcing at a much greater rate than, for example, the northeastern United States.”
